Up to 4 business days, Monday-Friday.
Is rush printing available?
Yes, create your order and proceed to the check out page. Rush printing works off of a percentage of the total of your order, 28% for same day print. This does not include the shipping cost. Shipping cost is separate from your rush fee. All rush orders have to be placed before 10:00 am cst. For example, if a same day order is placed at 11:00 am cst it will print the following business day. All orders placed on a rush guarantees it will print/ship the date it is scheduled to. If you have a very large bulk rush order and feel the need to ask if it will be able to print/ship the same day, call 832.407.5886
What file format is required?
.png only. Other file formats may not agree with our color profiles and we are not held responsible if any other file format is uploaded and does not match the color you designed.

Do you allow local pick up? Yes, when placing an order please select in the shipping options if you are picking up at the shop.
What shipping methods do you use? UPS and USPS, we offer all UPS options available to your area.
How much is shipping? Shipping options available at check out.
What color profile should I design in? We accept RGB and CMYK.
What is a gang sheet? A gang sheet consist of multiple different or same designs repeated on the printable area of 22x24,36,48, 60, 80, or 120 inches. You can arrange same or different images of various sizes on any of our accepted gang sheet sizes.
Do I need to compensate for a margin on my gang sheet? No, you can use the full 22x length area. We have already taken the margin into consideration here at C&C.
Artwork needs attention status? How do I resend my artwork?
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click on my orders
Step 3: Click view details
Step 4: Click send message
Step 5: Attach new artwork, start upload, then add any info and send message
Once the order is in the printing status no changes can be made.
What is the status of my order? You will receive updates as your status changes via email. Please open the email to see what the status change is, at times artwork needs attention and we will need you to make a change, so it is important to check your email for these updates. You can also visit your account to see the status of your order.
How much are your transfers? $3.00 per square foot. Each gang sheet (22x24,36,48, 60, 80 and 120 inches long) has a preset price in the drop down menu on the home page.
THE FINE PRINT:
Blue Square Branding has the right to refuse service to anyone and also does not issue refunds and only will credit your account for future orders. If your order contains trademark or copyright images Blue Square Branding will ask you to sign a form or holds the right to cancel your order if you will not sign or provide documentation stating you have the right to print the artwork. When rush orders are placed and have artwork issues there is a possibility the order will not get printed on the rush day paid for. Please continue to check emails if you have a same day order or download our app for instant notifications in the event artwork needs to be revised. We also advise the customer to perform a test print/wash before going into production, Blue Square Branding is not responsible for your garments once pressed.
